About the estate

The Domaine des Nidoleres estate is located in Tresserre within the Languedoc-Roussillon region on the southeastern terraces of the Aspres. The very poor soils consist of a clay base covered by a two-to-three-meter layer of sand and pebbles. Committed to traditional methods, the winery cultivates vineyards planted exclusively with Mediterranean grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan. Vinification takes place in traditional cement vats alongside modern stainless steel and resin tanks. The production includes distinctive dry red wines as well as naturally sweet wines and late harvests.
