Domaine des Homs

About the estate

The Domaine des Homs estate is located in Rieux-Minervois in the Languedoc region at the foot of the Black Mountain and is owned by the de Crozals family. Founded in 1865, the property covers 22 hectares of vineyards within the Minervois appellation as well as the Coteaux de Peyriac IGP and IGP Pays d'Oc designations. The vineyards are planted with white grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Viognier, Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, and Rolle, alongside red varieties including Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. The entire estate has been cultivated according to organic farming principles since 2006, complemented by traditional winemaking methods.
