The Domaine de la Vaillere is a traditional family estate located in Saint Jean de Serres with a history in viticulture spanning over a century, currently managed by the fourth and fifth generations. The vineyards are situated on clay-limestone soils in the foothills of the Cévennes and feature both traditional Mediterranean and international grape varieties. The estate is committed to organic agriculture and sustainable farming practices aimed at minimizing environmental impact. Depending on the variety and plot, harvesting is carried out manually for reds or mechanically at night for whites. The portfolio includes a variety of wines produced under the Cévennes IGP designation.
