About the estate
The Cevennes Wines estate originates from the merger of two cooperative wineries more than 80 years ago and operates as LES CLAUX DES TOURETTES. Today, around sixty cooperative members cultivate a vineyard area exceeding 500 hectares spread across 23 communes at the foot of the Cévennes Gardoises. The terroir benefits from a climate marked by frequent precipitation and an authentic natural environment between mountains and plains. Cultivation combines traditional expertise with the targeted management of various grape varieties to produce wines under the Cévennes IGP and Oc IGP denominations.
