About the estate

The Domaine de la Rochelierre is a traditional family estate located in Fitou in the Languedoc region, currently run by the Fabre family in the fourth generation. Spanning 15 hectares of vineyards with schist and clay-limestone soils, the winery benefits from a warm and dry climate. Since 1979, the vineyards have been cultivated using the Cousinié method without chemical inputs, leading to the HVE certification for the 2017 vintage. In 2015, the estate constructed a new cellar at the edge of the village to combine technical mastery and energy efficiency in a single location. As independent winemakers, the owners place great emphasis on artisanal craftsmanship and authentic relationships with their customers.
