About the estate

The Domaine Gabinato Fresquet estate is located in Tuchan in the Languedoc region and is run as a family business by David and Isabelle, whose ancestors have been involved in winemaking for generations. The estate was established in 2018 after both founders had gathered many years of professional experience in the wine industry. Spanning a vineyard area of approximately twenty hectares on clay-limestone and schist slopes, the winery produces white, rosé, and red wines under the AOC Fitou denomination. The grape variety portfolio includes Carignan, Vermentino, Grenache gris, Syrah, Cinsault, and Grenache noir. The vineyards are cultivated according to sustainable agricultural practices and have held a high environmental value certification since July 2020.
