About the estate
The authentic Domaine de Cantalauze winery is located in the Languedoc region in the heart of the Minervois not far from Carcassonne and has been managed by a passionate winemaker since 2015. Spanning five hectares of vineyards situated across sun-drenched hills featuring garrigue and pine forests, twelve different grape varieties are cultivated here. The estate combines artisanal tradition, such as traditional manual harvesting, with careful vineyard management and modern tools during vinification. The produced wines comprise the AOC Minervois and Cité de Carcassonne IGP denominations. In addition to winemaking, the estate also offers charming accommodations and spaces for private and corporate events.
