Founded and managed by Carole and Roger Gaussorgues, the property is located in a protected natural area near the Cévennes and the Larzac foothills. The soils are predominantly clay and limestone, and the climate features significant temperature variations between day and night. The grape variety portfolio includes Syrah, Grenache, Carignan Noir, Cinsault, Aramon, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier. The production includes various wines from the Languedoc and Terrasses du Larzac appellations as well as IGP wines.
