The Domaine Cinq Peyres estate is situated in the heart of the Gaillac wine region on the heights of the Cordais plateau in Cahuzac-sur-Vère. The winery cultivates a limestone terroir in accordance with organic and biodynamic agricultural principles. The working method relies on traditional manual labor, the promotion of biodiversity, and alignment with cosmic cycles. In the cellar, vinifications take place spontaneously using indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes and without the addition of sulfur. The production focuses on natural wines that authentically reflect the terroir of the AOC Gaillac denomination.
