About the estate
The Domaine Allegria estate was founded in 2008 as a family project in the Languedoc and is situated on the slopes of the Volcan des Baumes in Caux. The winery cultivates a contiguous twelve-hectare vineyard on volcanic soils, which has been certified organic since 2011. The mosaic of nine Mediterranean grape varieties includes Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Carignan, as well as white varieties such as Roussanne and Marsanne. Vinification takes place separately by parcel in concrete and ovoid tanks, resulting in an annual production of 35,000 to 45,000 bottles.
