The Villa Tempora estate is a family-run winery with nine hectares of vineyards located in the heart of Languedoc in Occitania. Situated on a terroir with volcanic influences, schist, clay-limestone, and rolled pebbles, the estate farms its vineyards organically without chemical products and relies on manual harvesting. The red wines are produced from Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan, whereas the white wine is crafted from Bourboulenc, Terret Bourret, and Carignan Blanc and Gris. During vinification, the winery applies natural methods with limited inputs to create pure and authentic wines.
