About the estate
The Domaine Al Couderc estate is located in Labastide-de-Lévis in the Sud-ouest region of France and is managed by Fabien Rouffiac, who took over the property in January 2016. The vineyards cover eleven hectares on clay-limestone and molasse soils across sunny hillside plots overlooking the Tarn valley. All wines are cultivated organically and fall under the AOC Gaillac and AOC Gaillac doux denominations. Cultivated grape varieties include the local cultivars Duras, Braucol, En del El, and Mauzac. The production includes various styles such as red, white, and rosé wines, alongside sparkling wine produced via the méthode gaillacoise.
