About the estate
The Chateau Sainte Lucie d'Aussou winery was acquired in 1992 by Jean-Paul Serres, who has since shaped the identity of the estate. The vineyard spans a total area of 53 hectares, with 40 hectares dedicated to vine cultivation. The diverse soils feature very old plots of Carignan Noir alongside the rare and precious white variety Carignan Blanc. The estate is committed to sustainable and responsible viticulture and holds the Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE 3) certification. The estate's wines are regularly selected within the AOC Boutenac appellation representation.
