About the estate

The Le Cellier des Demoiselles winery is a winegrowers cooperative founded in 1914 in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Cabrerisse, deeply rooted in the history of the region. The vineyards are distributed across the Corbières area, which is shaped by a Mediterranean climate and geological diversity, as well as the Boutenac and Languedoc appellations. The grape variety portfolio includes Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Grenache blanc, and Marsanne, among others. The cooperative brings together various winegrowing families and parcels to vinify distinct wines and cuvées such as those from the Terroirs and Domaine des Vals ranges. In doing so, the estate relies on a committed approach to preserve the characteristic expression of each origin.
