About the estate
The Château Favray estate manages eighteen hectares of vineyards on limestone soils in the Val de Loire wine region. Located at the easternmost edge of the AOC Pouilly-Fumé appellation, the winery was established by the family in 1981. Sauvignon is the primary grape variety cultivated in the vineyards, yielding distinctive and mineral wine styles. Farming practices follow the guidelines of the Terra Vitis certification. The produced wines reflect the specific terroir of the single-site location.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Sauvignon Blanc.
