About the estate
The Domaine Chollet estate looks back on a family history that began in 1960 when it was founded by Roland Chollet in Pouilly-sur-Loire. Over the following decades, the estate was expanded by descendants and is now managed in the third generation by the siblings Séverin and Milène. The vineyards are distributed across the terroirs of Sables, Caillottes, and Terres Blanches, which are cultivated according to biodynamic principles. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Pouilly-Fumé and Pouilly sur Loire appellations, vinified naturally without chemical products. In 2025, the estate obtained its certifications for organic and biodynamic agriculture.
The eno directory lists 7 wines. The estate sells to importers and distributors.
