About the estate

Founded in 1947, the Caves de Pouilly-sur-Loire estate emerged from a group of winegrowers uniting to address logistical challenges and organize distribution. Today, the cooperative brings together around 65 associated winegrowers, operating within the AOC Coteaux du Giennois, AOC Pouilly-Fumé, and Pouilly sur Loire appellations. The winery is recognized as a pioneer in technical innovation, quality standards, and environmentally friendly cultivation methods such as organic viticulture. Vinification takes place in modern cellar facilities with continuous investments in cellar technology and a strong focus on origin and soil characteristics. The wines are distributed internationally, reflecting both the tradition and the development of the region.
