Cascina Val del Prete

About the estate

The Cascina Val del Prete estate manages ten hectares of vineyards in the municipality of Priocca within the Roero territory. The origins of the historic property date back to the nineteenth century before it was acquired by Bartolomeo Roagna in 1977. Today, the family winery is run in the third generation and focuses entirely on the production of quality wines. The vineyards are cultivated following the principles of organic and natural agriculture with great respect for the environment. The grape varieties grown include Arneis, Barbera, and Nebbiolo, which are crafted in the cellar with minimal intervention.
