About the estate
The CASCINA LE DOTI s.s.a winery located in Neive, Piedmont, looks back on a history that began in 1894 when Giovanni Toso acquired a historic farmhouse. Today, the estate is managed by the Toso family, with Carlo, Corrado, and more recently Alessandra Toso overseeing operations. The estate spans ten hectares of vineyards, including holdings in the Bordini cru. The production features various DOCG and DOC wines such as Barbaresco, Barolo, Barbera d'Alba, Dolcetto d'Alba, Dogliani, and Langhe. Winemaking and aging take place at the main estate, which also offers tastings and direct sales to visitors.

Il Barbaresco è ottenuto da Nebbiolo in purezza e si presenta con un colore intenso e brillante che va sfumando dal rosso rubino al granato. Subisce un affinamento di due anni, di cui, 18 mesi trascorsi in barriques.
