About the estate
The family-owned Biolley Cave de la Tour estate was founded in 1991 by Jean-François and Jocelyne Biolley and has been managed by Lionel and Dalila Biolley since 2022. The winery cultivates 5.5 hectares of vineyards in Vully and produces wine from 15 different grape varieties. The portfolio includes traditional wines such as Chasselas and Pinot Noir, alongside various specialties and red wine blends aged in barriques. The vineyards are worked using biodynamic methods, and all wines are certified with the Bio Bourgeon Suisse label.
