About the estate
The Ylb estate is located near Béziers in the Languedoc region and covers six hectares of vineyards situated on Villafranchian terraces with red soils and rolled pebbles. The winery cultivates various grape varieties including Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault for red wines, alongside Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne for white wines. Viticulture is conducted according to organic and biodynamic principles, incorporating the lunar calendar and plant-based preparations. Harvesting is performed manually, followed by a natural vinification process in fiberglass tanks, stainless steel tanks, or clay jars. The wines are produced under the Pays d'Hérault IGP designation.
