About the estate

The Domaine Maspiquet estate is an educational wine-producing operation located in Grabels, Languedoc-Roussillon, serving as a hands-on training ground for the Agropolis campus. The vineyards cover approximately 15 hectares within a larger property, offering students practical experience in all aspects of viticulture and winemaking. The grape variety portfolio includes Chardonnay, Marselan, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Carignan, as well as the disease-resistant varieties Floréal and Voltis. The winery applies agroecological principles with organic practices and conducts experiments aimed at reducing the use of plant protection products. Through these efforts, a diverse range of white, rosé, and red wines is produced and offered directly to the public.
