The Weingut Kopp - Baden estate has been cultivating its vineyards in the diverse terroirs around Baden-Baden since 1996. The winery's vineyard sites include the Baden-Baden Balzenberg as well as various locations in Varnhalt and Sinzheim. The soils of the vineyard areas feature different geological structures, including siltstones, argillaceous slate, loess loam, limestone, quartz porphyry, and weathered red sandstone. As part of its holistic viticulture, the estate focuses on working with these differentiated sites. The property's offerings are complemented by the Ebanat restaurant, which features ambitious gastronomy with a sustainable and seasonal culinary style.
