Weinbau Schöpflin

About the estate

The Weinbau Schöpflin winery is located in Binzen in the southern Markgräflerland region and is managed in its first generation as a part-time operation. The estate cultivates a vineyard area of around 1.2 hectares and has relied on uncompromising organic management without herbicides, synthetic fertilizers, or pesticides from the very beginning. The work in the vineyard focuses on promoting biodiversity, improving soil structure through cover cropping, and producing high-quality grapes. Since 2021, the estate has been a member of ECOVIN, the largest association of organic wine estates.
