The Weinbau Heilemann et al estate cultivates vineyards in the steep slopes of the Middle Rhine region in Kaub and Lorchhausen. The portfolio includes puristic red wines with long maturation in wooden barrels as well as distinctive white wines. The winery operates organically with a uncompromising rejection of wine treatments and relies on careful manual harvesting. To protect the soils and plants, trees are planted within the vines to expand the monoculture. The focus is on preserving the cultural landscape and maintaining a close-to-nature working method.
