Sebastian Schneider runs the winery, founded in 2017, together with his sister Melanie, producing Riesling, Pinot varieties and future varieties. Management is close to nature and resource-efficient, featuring manual vineyard work and selective hand harvesting. In the cellar, the wines mature under natural conditions, utilizing natural coolness and humidity.
