About the estate

The Weingut Herbert & Martina Weber estate has been run by the family for many generations in Deutsch Schützen-Eisenberg on the Eisenberg. The work in the vineyards and the cellar is shaped by respect for nature and a combination of traditional methods and contemporary vinification. The exceptional terroir with its specific interaction of climate, geology, topography, and soil conditions forms the basis for wines with a mineral and spicy character. The estate's portfolio includes Blaufränkisch as Eisenberg DAC, Welschriesling, rosé, and red wine cuvées. Strict quality work in the vineyard encompasses meticulous canopy management, crop thinning, and selective harvesting.
