About the estate
The StephanO winery cultivates six hectares of vineyards in the Deutsch-Schützen and Eisenberg regions. The vineyards feature heavy loamy soils alongside a mineral terroir characterized by Eisenberg slate. The product range includes Blaufränkisch, Merlot, and various white wines that span from light and fruity styles to maturation in concrete eggs. In addition to winemaking, the estate offers guest rooms and hosts a seasonal tavern several times a year serving regional dishes. Tastings at the winery are available by prior telephone arrangement.
