The Unger Eduard winery is a family business that has existed since 1958 in Austria's smallest wine-growing region. The estate cultivates a vineyard area of 1.2 hectares, which is located exclusively on the Deutsch-Schützer Weinberg. The cultivation focus is on the Blaufränkisch grape variety, supplemented by Merlot, Zweigelt, Welschriesling, and Pinot Blanc. The working method is characterized by respect and mindfulness towards nature with the goal of preserving the taste of the grape naturally in the wine.
