About the estate
The Vigne de Signols estate is located in Saint-Cyprien-sur-Dourdou in the Sud-Ouest region and holds the AOC Marcillac denomination. The vineyard was established in 2008 on the wild Colline de Signols and is planted with the traditional Fer Servadou variety, also known as Mansois. The winery operates entirely according to biodynamic principles and holds certifications from Demeter and Ecocert. Working methods focus on avoiding synthetic chemicals, fostering biodiversity, and applying compost and herbal preparations to the vineyard. The terroir is characterized by the area's original, acidic and compact red soils.
