The Tallian estate cultivates vineyards in the Eisenberg and Leithaberg regions, which are characterized by distinct traits and temperaments. The philosophy of the winery focuses on extracting the special qualities of the grape and making the uniqueness of the soils and microclimate tangible. The producer deliberately utilizes geographical contrasts such as lean green slate and limestone soils as well as steep slopes that require manual labour. The Pannonian climate of Burgenland shapes the wines, which present a distinctive expression of fine minerality and pronounced terroir.
