About the estate
The family-run Salathe-Weinbau estate has been cultivating 0.3 hectares of vineyards in the Seebachtal in German-speaking Switzerland for generations. The grapes ripen in the well-known Stadtschryber vineyard in Hüttwilen and form the basis for wines such as the local Pinot Noir. The product range also includes a barrique-aged Pinot Noir from old vines as well as a Blanc de Noir made from Pinot Noir grapes. The estate's wines have already received medals at international wine competitions. Cultivation and care are carried out with great care in line with tradition.
