About the estate

The Тополово estate is a small family winery established in 2018, situated at the foot of the Rhodope Mountains near the ancient Thracian sanctuary of Belintash. The property focuses on producing limited series of high-quality wines while promoting local grape varieties such as Mavrud, Rubin, Pamid, Evmolpia, and Dimyat. The Cabernet Sauvignon from fifty-year-old vines stands out as a particular favorite among wine lovers and professionals alike. Red wines undergo spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, remain unfiltered, and are clarified entirely through natural methods. Aging takes place in used barrels or exclusively in stainless steel tanks to allow consumers to experience the terroir of each microregion.
