About the estate

The OTTIN ELIO SOCIETà SEMPLICE AGRICOLA estate was founded in 1989 by Elio Ottin in the Aosta region after acquiring his first plots of land between the municipalities of Quart and Saint-Cristophe. The winery manages a total area of 13 hectares and produces wines under the Valle d'Aosta DOC denomination. Alongside viticulture, the farm is engaged in apple cultivation and cattle breeding, utilizing entirely renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics and biomass. In 2007, the estate released its first commercially bottled wines, which included Petite Arvine, Pinot Noir, and Torrette Superieur. Today, Elio Ottin runs the family business with the support of his son, Nicolas.
