About the estate

The Azienda vitivinicola Ermes Pavese estate was founded in 1999 by Ermes Pavese and is run today as a family business alongside his children Nathan and Ninive. The winery manages 29 hectares of vineyards in the Aosta Valley region, spanning the municipalities of Morgex and La Salle. At the heart of the production is the native, ungrafted Prié Blanc variety cultivated at high mountain altitudes, producing traditional white wines as well as sparkling wines. The vineyards are situated in an alpine, cool and windy environment characterized by steep slopes. Alongside the classic Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle, the portfolio includes barrel-aged wines, late harvests, and a Metodo Classico.
