Cantina Di Barrò

About the estate

The Cantina Di Barrò estate is located in Saint-Pierre in the Aosta Valley and is deeply rooted in local winemaking tradition. The name derives from traditional wooden barrels and also references the surnames of the former owners who continued the family's cultivation efforts in the 1960s. In 1985, the predecessor business was among the first to be granted the Valle d'Aosta Torrette controlled designation of origin. Since 1994, the winery has been based at Château Feuillet, where the current owner inherited parts of the historic lands that were already cultivated with vineyards in the early 20th century. Additional vineyards belonging to the estate are situated in various locations across Saint-Pierre and Aymavilles.
