About the estate

The Olivier Pithon estate cultivates a vineyard area of 19 hectares in Calce within the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of approximately 300 meters on soils composed of marl, schist, and limestone. The grape variety portfolio includes white varieties such as Macabeu, Grenache Gris, and white Grenache, alongside red varieties like Carignan, Grenache Noir, and Mourvèdre. The winery operates biodynamically and places great importance on respect for nature and the soil. Farming practices are carried out with the guidance of a consultant to produce expressive and sensitive wines.
