The OLIVERO MARIO di OLIVERO LORENZO Az. Agr. estate in Roddi, Piedmont, is managed as a family tradition by a father and son. Established in 2003, the winery cultivates five hectares of vineyards spread across the villages of Roddi, La Morra, Monforte d'Alba and Rodello. The vineyards grow on marly soils and yield grape varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Arneis, Merlot and Manzoni Bianco. The artisanal and respectful approach includes hand-harvesting, natural vineyard and cellar practices, and an annual production of about 35,000 uniquely numbered bottles.
