About the estate
The Mas Paumarhel estate is a family-run winery located in the Languedoc region within the municipality of Azillanet. Situated between the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Black Mountain, the property is managed by Jean Luc Dressayre and his daughter Pauline. The vineyard covers approximately twelve hectares and is cultivated with a variety of traditional red and white grape varieties. The estate follows environmentally friendly practices with an ongoing conversion to organic farming, and half of the harvest is done manually. Vinification relies on gentle extraction techniques alongside aging in tanks, barrels, and amphorae to produce wines under the Minervois and Cru La Livinière appellations.
