Mas de Gourdou

About the estate

The Mas de Gourdou estate looks back on a long history documented as early as 1320. Located about 25 kilometres from Montpellier, it is situated in the heart of the Pic Saint Loup appellation. Across 20 hectares of vineyards on clay-limestone soils, the certified estate cultivates grape varieties including Syrah, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier, and Clairette. The vines are distributed across small parcels nestled amidst Mediterranean vegetation and protected forests. Both in the vineyard and in the cellar, emphasis is placed on environmentally friendly practices and preserving the natural balance.
