Le Clos d’Aime

About the estate

The Le Clos d’Aime estate is located in Bagnoles in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, managing eleven hectares of vineyards with a history dating back to 1836 that is now maintained across seven generations. The vineyards are situated between the Pyrenees and the Black Mountain on diverse soil types including rolled pebbles, sandstone, and alluvial clays. The planted grape varieties encompass Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Viognier, and Gewurztraminer, among others. The winery operates under certified organic agriculture and applies natural fertilizers, cover cropping, and environmentally respectful viticultural practices. Its wines are produced under designations such as AOC Minervois and regional IGP classifications.
