The family-run Le Chai Duchet estate is situated in Viré within the Mâconnais region of Burgundy and looks back on a long-standing history. The property encompasses a total vineyard area of eleven point five hectares, distributed across the Viré-Clessé and Mâcon-Villages appellations. The vineyards, featuring a high proportion of old vines, are farmed according to organic and biodynamic principles. In the cellar, the wines are matured in natural vessels such as concrete tanks utilizing indigenous yeasts.
