About the estate

The Les Vins William Trouillet estate is located in the Bourgogne region and is currently managed in the fourth generation by William, following its founding by Jules Guérin with an initial four hectares. Today, the winery extends over approximately twenty hectares featuring forty to fifty-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone soils across six communes. The portfolio includes recognized appellations such as AOC Pouilly-Fuissé, AOC Saint-Véran, and AOC Mâcon-Solutré-Pouilly. Viticulture follows an environmentally responsible and sustainable management approach with official certification, while winemaking in the cellar involves gentle pressing and vinification in tanks, large wooden casks, or traditional Burgundian oak barrels.
