About the estate
The historic Vignoble Arnaud Aucoeur estate in Villié-Morgon was founded in 1825 and is currently managed in the eleventh generation by Arnaud and Mélanie. Cultivation across the vineyards in various Beaujolais appellations is carried out entirely by hand with a strong focus on biodiversity. Harvesting is similarly conducted manually at full maturity, followed by traditional vinification methods in the cellar. Depending on the specific cuvée, aging takes place in tanks as well as in barrels and large wooden vats to preserve the distinct expression of the origin.
