The Javet & Javet estate is located in Lugnorre in the Three Lakes region and produces wines under the AOC Vaud and AOC Vully denominations. The winery is run by Gérard, Blandine, Etienne, Véronique, Elise, and Antoine, who combine their expertise in vineyard management, winemaking, hospitality, and communication. Biodynamic practices have been employed for ten years, and the estate holds a Demeter certification. Special attention is dedicated to exceptional plots both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
