About the estate

The Herdade das Servas estate traces its family roots back to 1667, building on a long-standing ancestral winegrowing tradition. The winery manages 323 hectares of vineyards located in the municipalities of Estremoz and Borba in the northern part of Central Alentejo. The vineyards sit on a plateau at an average altitude of 300 meters, featuring a continental Mediterranean climate and soils composed mainly of schist and greywacke. The portfolio includes wines certified under the Alentejano IG and Alentejo DOC denominations. In addition to agricultural production, the estate offers wine tourism programs including guided tours and tastings.
