About the estate
The Herdade do Rocim estate is located in the Alentejo between Vidigueira and Cuba and was established in the year 2000. The property spans approximately 120 hectares, with 70 hectares dedicated to vineyards. Following the initial restructuring of existing old vines and the planting of new ones, a winery was built to produce wines under proprietary brands. The vineyards are hand-tended by the family, focusing on the creation of fresh and elegant wines that express their origin. Today, the estate produces wines under the Alentejo DOC and Alentejano IG denominations, which are distributed in Portugal and internationally.
