About the estate
The Foresta estate is run by winemakers Lluís Carsí and Gerard Maristany in the Garraf Massif. This small-scale project focuses on organic, minimal-intervention wines crafted by hand with great attention to detail. The extremely poor limestone soils and the maritime breeze shape the wines, imparting concentration, acidity, and salinity. In the cellar, fermentations are spontaneous and interventions are kept to a minimum. Surrounded by forests, the vineyards reflect the unique landscape of the region.
