Domaine Trois Orris

About the estate

The Domaine Trois Orris estate is located in Roussillon, France, at an altitude of 600 meters and has been managed by the brothers Cyrille and Xavier since 2016. The property encompasses 13 hectares of vineyards alongside 43 hectares of preserved natural land featuring a diverse ecosystem. The vineyards are characterized by schist, marl, and granite soils and are planted with grape varieties including Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, and Roussanne. Farming is conducted organically, and all harvesting is done entirely by hand. In the cellar, meticulous attention is dedicated to the aging process in order to craft authentic regional wines.
