Domaine Servant

About the estate

The family-owned Domaine Servant has been producing wine for two generations in the foothills of the Albères in Roussillon, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean Sea. The steep terraced vineyards are situated at altitudes ranging from 50 to 400 meters on soils consisting of schist, pebbles, and sand. The portfolio features dry wines from the Collioure red and white appellations as well as Côtes Vermeilles IGP, alongside natural sweet wines under the Banyuls appellation. Grenache dominates the plantings, complemented by Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Rolle. Both vineyard management and cellar operations follow traditional methods.
